Biodegradability test under controlled simulation
The ULVS Biodegradability Test Report (ISO 14855-1:2012) certifies that Ecovia's products meet international standards for biodegradability. This test evaluates the aerobic biodegradation of materials under controlled composting conditions. By achieving this certification, we demonstrate that our products break down efficiently in composting environments, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly packaging solutions.
BCSIR food conduct test

BCSIR food conduct test
Food safety test is done to primarily test about migration of materials when packaging is in contact with food. Based on the results of the tested parameters and according to the EU regulation No.10/2011 for plastics, Ecovia biobags have successfully passed all tests regarding food safety in BCSIR labs. This allows our material to be considered fit for food packaging.
